Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they enter fulfilment and cannot be changed. Email us at founderdistrict@gmail.com immediately if you need to make a change.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're currently shipping within India only. International shipping is coming — follow us at @founderdistrict for the announcement.

What is the Founding Collection?

The Founding Collection is a numbered, limited run of our first products — limited to 100 units. Each order ships with a personalised Founder card marking your number in the FounderDistrict story. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Is the journal vegan?

Yes. The Founder Journal uses a vegan leather cover with soft-touch finish. The paper is FSC certified and acid-free.

What kind of paper is in the journal?

100 GSM premium acid-free dot grid paper, 240 undated pages. Fountain pen friendly.

What size is the journal?

A5 — 148 × 210mm. The standard size for serious note-taking.

What are the desk mat dimensions?

Standard: 900 × 400mm. Large: 1200 × 600mm. Both feature a full-grain PU leather top with non-slip rubber base and precision-stitched edges.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Personalised or numbered items (Founding Collection) are non-returnable.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email founderdistrict@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
