Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Founding Collection numbered items (personalised products)
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items without original packaging
- Digital products
How to Return
- Email founderdistrict@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back using the provided instructions
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional days.
Exchange Policy
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or variant, return your original item and place a new order.
