Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999: ₹99 flat shipping charge

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped.

Tracking

All orders are fully trackable. Your tracking link will be sent via email and SMS once dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on the roadmap — follow @founderdistrict for updates.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us at founderdistrict@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
